DESCRIPTION:Our exhibition for September/October is linked in with this year’s Heritage Open Days on the theme of ‘Astounding Inventions’. \nThere are many inventions that have transformed our lives over the centuries. We have selected artefacts from the collection which try to show the impact they have had on the lives of Crewkerne people. \nFor Heritage Open Days week\, there is also a leaflet which will point out a few of the inventions we have in our permanent galleries.

DESCRIPTION:An exciting diverse new collaboration between five Crewkerne artists. Exhibiting in the Crewkerne Museum the group investigate connections both individual and collective to the theme of sanctuary through art that explores the figure\, relationships\, environment\, realism and abstraction in a variety of media.
