DESCRIPTION:Wednesday 10th December at 2:00 pm \nDr Fred Rumsey will introduce a selection of the rare wildflowers I regard as characteristic of our varied county\, some found nowhere else on earth. We will take in plants from the Levels\, the Mendips\, from Exmoor to the Avon Gorge\, with a brief offshore excursion to Steep Holm. Looking at when they were discovered\, by whom\, where they are found and what makes them so special. \nNOTE: These events are very popular therefore due to the limited numbers that can be accommodated it is essential to book. \nCall in at the museum or email admin@crekernemuseum.co.uk.
