Somerset Film would like to say a big thank you to everyone who made the Crewkerne Stories, Objects & Sounds project such a success this half-term!
Over three creative days, six amazing young people explored 3D scanning, digital art, field recording, 360 photography, virtual worlds, music-making, and video editing—with some brilliant results.
Thanks to Crewkerne Town Council and the Local Information Centre for their support, and to Crewkerne Museum for their warm welcome and wealth of local knowledge.
With the Museum’s help, Somerset Film held a family showcase in week one and provided iPads in week two so the whole community could explore the virtual gallery.
Special thanks also to The George Hotel, The Library, Ferne Animal Sanctuary, RSPCA, James Hardware, and Crewkerne Models for sharing their objects and stories.
